Who we are

SalesArena HQ is a workplace sales-gamification app. Your employer (the workspace owner) invites you to a company workspace. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data — your name, email, role, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Content you create — sales you log, chat posts, comments, reactions, photos and 24-hour "stories" you upload, badges, and challenge activity.
• Photos — images you choose from your photo library to post to your team feed or set as your profile picture. We access your library only when you tap to add a photo.
• Usage data — basic app activity needed to run features (e.g. points, streaks, leaderboards).

How we use it

• To provide the app: leaderboards, badges, challenges, team chat, and itineraries.
• To operate your company workspace and show activity to your teammates and managers.
• To secure accounts and prevent abuse.

Third-party services

We share the minimum data needed with service providers that help us run the app:

• Stripe — subscription billing (handled on the web, not inside the mobile app).
• Resend — transactional emails (e.g. invites, digests).

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app: More → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your personal data. If you are the workspace owner, deleting your account permanently removes the entire workspace and all its data. You may also email us at support@salesarenahq.com to request deletion.

Content moderation

You can report objectionable posts and block (mute) other members from the app. Managers and owners review reports and can remove content.

Age requirement

SalesArena HQ is a workplace app intended solely for use by employees who are 18 years of age or older. It is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page.
